What does it cost?

Is claiming a spot a commitment?

No. We'll walk through your remittance together. If it isn't useful, you walk away.

What can PackPay see, and what can it do with our data?

Only what you connect. PackPay reads your remittance and, if you connect them, your KeHE portal and the email or files where your backup lives. It searches for specific deductions by check number, invoice, PO or retailer, and opens only what matches. It doesn't import your mailbox or keep copies of your emails or files, and no one at PackPay browses them. Logins are encrypted and deleted the moment you disconnect. PackPay doesn't move money, doesn't connect to your bank, and never uses your data to train AI. Full details are in our privacy policy.

Does PackPay file disputes for us?

No. PackPay recommends which deductions to dispute, explains why and prepares the dispute packet with the backup attached. You review it and submit it in K-Solve, so nothing goes to KeHE without your approval.
