Between the money that slips through and the hours it takes to sort through them all, deductions pull your team away from the work that actually grows the business.
PackPay is built by three people in Birmingham, Alabama. We work with every brand directly, and we're not done until PackPay fits the way your team already works.

PackPay starts with your remittances, then looks for the backup where it already lives: your email, your file storage and your accounting system. For KeHE, it also connects to your KeHE portal. It only acts when someone on your team approves it. PackPay doesn't move money and doesn't connect to your bank.
KeHE is fully supported today, from remittance upload to a dispute packet ready for K-Solve. PackPay also reads deductions from other retailers and distributors, including UNFI, Walmart, Kroger, Target and Publix. Tell us who you sell to and we'll tell you where you stand.
No. PackPay recommends which deductions to dispute, explains why and prepares the dispute with the backup attached. Someone on your team reviews it and submits it, so nothing goes out without your approval. The person who knows the account also knows what the paperwork doesn't, like a rate a salesperson agreed to that never made it into the contract.
Think PackPay should file disputes for you? Let's talk.
Yes. The constraint is usually hours, not skill. PackPay does the digging, so the person who knows your accounts spends their time deciding and disputing instead of downloading PDFs.
The KeHE launch is open to 10 food and beverage brands, free for 30 days. For other retailers and distributors, we're setting pricing alongside our first brands, so it starts with a conversation.
A retailer deduction is money a retailer or distributor subtracts from an invoice before paying it, citing a shortage, a compliance failure, damaged product, a pricing difference or a promotional allowance. Some are correct. The ones that aren't are recoverable if a brand can prove it inside the filing window.
Book thirty minutes. We'll look at one remittance together and tell you how much you can still collect, whether or not you work with us.
